The Primary Aldosteronism Foundation (“the Foundation”) takes all precautionary measures to protect the privacy interests and preferences of those who visit its website. We are committed to fully disclose what information we collect, how it is used, and how you can opt-out if you so choose.

If you Share Your Story about your experience with primary aldosteronism, we retain the information you provide, and may post it to our website with your permission to help other patients with the disease.

If you sign our Open Letter, we may use your name along with the name of others who have signed the letter to raise awareness about primary aldosteronism and the Foundation’s priorities stated in the letter.

We do not collect credit card information, since donations are handled through Paypal which is a third-party website. However, if you make a donation to the Foundation, we may contact you to thank you for your gift, or to inform you of opportunities which may be of interest to you.

We collect anonymous (non-personally identifiable) data from every visitor to the website. For example, we collect information from web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request. We may use cookies to this effect.
